Tuesday, August 3rd, from 11am-6pm, Meridian CUSD #101 will be hosting a vaccination clinic.
Meridian middle school baseball and softball tryouts and practices will begin on Monday, August 2nd from 4 to 6 pm on their respective game fields.
We will attempt to run a practice bus for this age group. The first pick-up will be in Pulaski at 3:15, Villa Ridge 3:20 Mounds 3:25 Mound City 3:30 Olmsted 3:40, and back to school at 3:50. If there aren't enough riders the bus courtesy will be eliminated.
High School baseball will begin practice on Tuesday, August 3rd from 10--12 on the high school field. There WILL BE NO practice bus for this group until classes resume.

Meridian School District Registration forms are available on the school website if you would like to download them to fill out and turn in to the school. Look for them by going to the website, "Menu" , "Documents" and look for "Registration Information".
Registration for the new school year is open and on-going at Meridian School District. If you have not already, please register your child as soon as possible. The anticipated first day of student attendance is Tuesday, August 10. Help us be ready to start the new school year!
Reminder, tomorrow, July 15, the buses for the Meridian School District summer program will run 15 minutes early. Parents bringing students to school should be here no later than 7:45 AM Only those students going to the zoo or attending credit recovery should attend tomorrow. Busses taking students to the zoo will leave at 8 AM
I am sure you have seen the State of Illinois has put out new guidance for the beginning of school! The District is sorting through the options and will have a plan for the school year by August 1!
Reminder student registration will continue tomorrow July 14th from 8am-3pm. Also, community health will be performing physicals from 9-1.

School supply lists are available! On the Meridian web site, go to the "Menu" in the upper right corner of the home page, select "documents" and open the document labeled "Supply Lists". The lists are also available at the school and at local Dollar Stores and Walmarts.
Registration for the new school year is July 13 and 14 at the school. The Wellness on Wheels bus will be there for student physicals as well.
