Parents and Students of Meridian School District are invited to participate in a Fall Festival Thursday evening, October 17. You are invited to enjoy a chili supper from 5 until 5:30. There are many activities planned for the evening for parents and students to enjoy. There will be games, prizes, bounce houses, dances, face painting and a book swap. Activities will be in both the High School and Elementary gyms. Armbands allowing participation will be sold for $5.

Parents and Community: The School went on lock down as a precaution this morning. All students and personnel are safe and accounted for.
Today, we had a student who had a major accident and had to be airlifted to Children's Hospital in St. Louis. We applaud our staff members, local law enforcement and EMT's response to the accident. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers as the student undergoes surgery.

Today we had our first parent volunteer come in and spend time helping in Mrs. Wiseman's Classroom. The parent was MaShalla Cherry and her son is Kylan Adamson. We are very thankful to have her volunteer her time with us. We are always looking for volunteers in the Pre-K classrooms. If you are interested please call Mrs. Kim to set up a day and time!!
