This survey is designed to generate a detailed picture of the inner workings of our school. As a parent/guardian, this opportunity will allow you to share your thoughts on the important elements of school effectiveness. Each parent or guardian in a household is allowed to take the survey. Your identity and survey responses will be kept completely confidential, and the results reported to the school are not connected individually to you or your child.
We are required to get a certain percentage of completed surveys from our families so please help us both meet our goal and learn more about how our families view our schools.

Meridian Students
The handbook states that if you have an Unexcused Absence, you will not be allowed to make up your work. See page 12 on the current Meridian Student Handbook. The District has been very lenient with our remote students, due to technology being new for everyone. However, starting September 28, 2020 , if you have an unexcused absence or if you have multiple unexcused absences. You will not be allowed to make up your work for the days absence and possibly be reported to truancy.
If you have problems with attendance, please contact your student’s school during 8:00 - 10:00 am.
